From Jane Ducey,   Another Success story:A woman in my apartment complex lost 90 lbs over the last 16 months by working with a personal trainer and changing her diet.   She plateaued for a while and had trouble reaching her ideal weight.
Locating me through the apt office she asked  for my assistance, I started her on Hgh Plus 3 months ago. I just saw her and she lost an additional 16 lbs,  is at her goal weight,  sleeps through the night (a first) and feels great!

Thank you Jane Ducey for sharing this great story.  I hope that this inspires everyone to know that anything and any goal is possible.  Never give up!

I read this upon waking.  It wasn’t anything I hadn’t read a thousand times before…just today it took on a new depth of meaning.  I hope that you will see something new for yourself within these words.

From the Daily Om:

“Mother Teresa said, “If you judge people, you don’t have time to love them.” If we are quick to pass judgment on others, we forget that they, like us, are human beings. As we seldom know what roads people have traveled before a shared encounter or why they have come into our lives, we should always give those we meet the gift of an open heart. Doing so allows us to replace fear-based criticism with appreciation because we can then focus wholeheartedly on the spark of good that burns in all human souls”

I’m rereading a book titled “Thinking  Body, Dancing Mind”.   Below is a section that shows up a lot when speaking with other athletes and how we compare ourselves to others in sport:

“The less you focus on your abilities in relation to others, on how well you play compared with someone else the more effective and appreciated you will become. ”

From the I Ching:

“You can achieve your aims through the encouragement of others.  Encouragement is one of the great powers…..Kindness and gentleness in your relations brings allegiance, co-operation and, ultimately, success.”

TaoSports will help you discover your true dynamic self, your integrity as an athlete and person.  Worth picking up and reading for improvement in athletics, business, and life!

“Nobody trips over mountains.   It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble.   Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain.” – Author Unknown

I read this today on a page of quotes.  I really like what it says and found in its simplicity that  it spoke a deep truth.

I read many different teachings and philosophies and lately have been working with a book titled:  The Unknown Teachings of Lao Tzu.

I read this short section last night.  Within its beauty  I was challenged to see my own opinions, anger and personal resistance come rising to the surface.

Today as I embrace this teaching  I will  attempt to grasp it subtleties and apply it within my daily living.   I invite you share with me your own thoughts about what Lao Tzu has written and how it fits/affects your own life.

By:  Lao Tzu

Those who wish to embody the Tao should embrace all things.

To embrace all things means first that one holds no anger or resistance toward any idea or thing, living or dead, formed or formless.

Acceptance is the very essence of the Tao.

To embrace all things means also that one rids oneself of any concept of separation:  male and female,  self and other,  life and death.

Division is contrary to the nature of the Tao.

Foregoing antagonism and separation, one enters into the harmonious oneness of all things.

“Staying Healthy with the Seasons”  by:  Elson M. Haas, M.D.

Spring season is correlated with the element Wood, which governs the gall bladder and liver.   The wood element refers to the growing structures and a wood imbalance may result in spinal problems,  poor flexibility even arthritis would be viewed as a “Wood” problem.

Each element has a specific “indicator” and may be observed to get an idea of the health/balance of  that element.  Nails, especially the toenails, are the Wood elements indicator  for the state of  health of the liver and Wood element in the body.

The eyes are the sense organ for the liver and Wood element.  The eyes are connected with the liver, therefore they and vision are strengthened when the liver receives blood.  Problems of the eyes, vision,  are often related to a Wood imbalance.

The emotion of anger is related to the Wood element.   Held-in emotions of any kind may breed disease and suppressed anger may injure the liver and or gall bladder.

Great time to start “new” behaviors.  Learn healthy ways to express anger if this emotion arises.  Also consider drinking your water with lemon added to help gently cleanse the liver and gall bladder.   Kind of a “spring cleaning” for these organs!

Watched “The Beautiful Truth” last night. A different way of bringing forth information that’s been available for years. Hopefully it will speak to a new audience that hasn’t been introduced to alternative cures.  It covers a young man’s journey through the complex world of standard medicine, food manufacturers,  cancer cures and alternative ways of healing.  Hope you will take this opportunity to order the film and support those that are working to bring this type of information to the public.

Today I start working on the arrangements for the songs I’ve written.  I’m thrilled and terrified all in one moment.   Excited to get started and yet exposing such personal creativity is a bit unnerving.   Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me and I’ll keep you posted on how it’s unfolding.

First let me apologize for the first couple of posts.  The link will not allow me to post the video directly to my blog.  Below is a link to take you to the site where the videos are located.

I challenge everyone to watch the entire interview with Charlotte Gerson to educate yourself to what is really driving our “disease care” industry.  Thought provoking and sometimes anger provoking,  but a must see for anyone truly wanting to discover why true healing is being forced to go underground in the United States of America.   Do you believe you live in a “free country”?    Watch listen and then you decide.
